Returns & Refunds Policy

We believe all our products to be of the highest quality. If for any reason you are
not satisfied, please contact us via email at nandiwe@gmail.com
 
 
How to qualify for a return.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item,
etc.) 
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and proof of damage.
We have a 14 day money back guarantee after delivery if it is our error.
 
What cannot be returned or refunded?
Unfortunately all our items on NICETOHEAL.COM including sea moss gel cannot
be restocked due to the spread of Covid-19. No returns/refunds will be excepted
on any open or used products for the safety of our customers and staff.
Unless further specified. 
Once returned and inspection is approved, a refund (minus any restocking and
shipping fees if applicable) will be processed and issued to you via YOCO or
original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.  
 
CANCELLATION (if applicable)
Cancellation of orders can only be made 6 hours after the order was placed.
Beyond that, we will not be able to cancel the order since it has already started
production. 
 
COUPON CODES (if applicable)
Coupon codes cannot be added after purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able
to honour it on next purchase due to promotions being run within a specific
timeline. 

Please note: coupon codes or promotions cannot be combined. You may use
whichever is higher. 
 
WRONG ADDRESS
The purchaser is responsible for making sure that the shipping address
entered is a secure address.  We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen
packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost
package, if the tracking information says it was delivered or is in route to the
shipping address.  If the shipping company shows the package as having been
delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must
have happened to the package at its destination. 
An order does not qualify for a refund if a package comes back to us as
"insufficient" or "wrong address,"
If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as
possible, and we would be happy to fix it!
